The results are in and our Extreme Makeover was an Extreme Success!

Large gaps between her teeth made Joanne very self-conscious. Joanne was concerned that her teeth would not look natural if she had veneers. Orthodontic treatment made the gapping even between the cuspids, lateral and centrals. We were able to make her teeth look proportional while minimizing the amount of cutting needed to make the veneer. Following six months of orthodontics, we were able to complete the cosmetic work. A laser gum lift made the teeth look longer, then veneers were applied to consolidate the gaps. Clips of Dr. Goodlin on 'The Fit and Fabulous Extreme Makeover Show':
